Black Friday became Green Friday last week as companies took the opportunity to use the shopping day to raise money for Greenfingers Charity.
BuyWholeFoodsOnline.co.uk held a promotion all weekend which gave shoppers the opportunity to donate 10% to the charity. Garden designer and Greenfingers Ambassador Mark Lane, fronted a promotional video on the BuyWholeFoods website and social media highlighting the important work that Greenfingers do to encourage donations. The Green Friday campaign raised over £1,000 which is fantastic news.
Suttons Seeds also supported Greenfingers over the weekend, donating 5% of all sales to the Charity. We look forward to hearing how this went shortly.
