Needlefresh Christmas Trees to Benefit Greenfingers – Order Your Promotional Labels Now.
Needlefresh, the leading real Christmas tree supplier, is offering garden centres a simple way to donate to Greenfingers via every Christmas tree retailers sell over the forthcoming festive period. The charity is hoping garden centres across the country will take up the offer to add promotional Needlefresh labels to their stock to benefit children in hospices this Christmas.
Needlefresh are encouraging all their customers to purchase special promotional labels to attach to their stock of Christmas trees which, when each tree is sold, will see a total donation of 40p per tree being donated to the Greenfingers A Million Moments appeal.
Participating retailers can purchase packs of labels from Needlefresh for 25p each, in multiples of 300 (£75), 500 (£125) or 1,000 (£250) and are free to attach the labels to whichever Needlefresh stock they choose – perhaps choosing a particular size of tree to promote, or choosing to label all the trees on one day high-footfall day.
For each label costing the retailer 25p Needlefresh will match the donation themselves, which, after deducting the cost of the label, means 40p from the sale of each labeled tree will go the Greenfingers latest ambitious appeal.
The A Million Moments appeal aims to raise £1 million to enable Greenfingers to bring the precious gift of garden to at least 5,000 more children and families who spend time in hospices around the country. Through Needlefresh’s christmas tree label promotion retailers, and their customers, are being offered a simple way to help others less fortunate than themselves at a poignant time of year.
The initiative has received the backing of Andy Bunker, with Alton Garden Centre in Essex being amongst the first to sign up. Alton Director Andy Bunker commented on the festive promotion, saying: “We are delighted to be adding Needlefresh promotional labels to our Christmas trees this season. Promoting these trees will mean both Altons and our customers will be helping raise money for the wonderful work Greenfingers do in building beautiful gardens for children in hospices. It’s great to support their work, particularly at this time of year.”
The scheme has also received the support of Greenfingers Chairman John Ashley who is actively calling on garden centres across the country to get involved “This Needlefresh Christmas tree promotion is a simple yet effective way for garden centres to support Greenfingers over the festive period. I am urging businesses across the country to get involved in this promotion – for just a small outlay garden centres can know they will be directly contributing to the gardens Greenfingers hope to build in 2016. Please do get involved and order your labels today.”
To purchase promotional labels garden centres should simply contact their usual Needlefresh representative or call 01793 791 333.
